My practice is based on offering a warm, supportive, confidential environment where I can support your exploration into the issues you are facing. The process of talking through a problem with a trained, caring professional is healing and comforting.

Through our telehealth appointments, I will help you see your experiences in a new light, and guide and challenge you as you try to make sense of what is troubling you. Regular feedback by me and attention to the goals you have for therapy will be an ongoing part of our sessions. Opportunities for in person sessions can be discussed as well.

Perhaps you are interested in making a career or life change and have been putting it off until you had the time to think it through. You may need counseling for anxiety or depression, for an adult or a teen. Therapy can be a place to work on this in individual or couples counseling.
